Good Care Conditions
The main thing we ask is good care is taken of the cottage and its contents during your stay. We would ask you to leave it as far as possible in as good as state as you found it.
Arrival and Departure
The normal booking dates run Friday to Friday. Please arrive after 15.30 and leave no later than 10.30 on the day of departure. Arrival days and times outside of this can be arranged where possible in advance at the time of booking.
Damages & Breakages
We all know accidents do happen. We would ask you to report any breakages or damage immediately, so that we can sort them out for the next visitors. Please note that major damage or breakages will be charged for
General Conditions
The cottage sleeps a maximum of 4 People. Please note that “No Smoking” is allowed in the cottage.
Pets
We are happy to welcome well behaved pets but kindly ask they be kept downstairs and of the sofa and chairs and you respect the neighbouring properties and future guests by cleaning up outside. Please in the garden and the village “bag it and bin it”.
What is Included
One set of full bed linen and towels are provided for each guest at no extra charge. All oil, electricity and wood for the log burner is provided.
Payment Terms
A non-refundable 50% deposit is payable on receipt of your confirmation letter. The balance is due no later than 6 weeks prior to arrival. The exact amounts payable will be indicated on your confirmation letter. Please make cheques payable to Rowan Jenkins. Payments by credit card cannot be accepted.
Cancellation
If you cancel with less than 6 weeks notice and we are unable to re-let the cottage then full payment will be liable.Liability
No liability is accepted in respect of loss or damage to any member of your party, car or contents. Whilst every effort is made to ensure that the details included on the website both for the cottage and other local attractions are accurate and up to date, no liability is accepted in the event of subsequent change.
Confirmation of Booking and Acceptance of Terms
Please note that confirmation of the booking details and agreement to our terms and conditions is binding upon receipt of your initial deposit. Please therefore ensure all details are correct.
